This policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners to notify us of alleged infringement and for users to submit counter-notifications if they believe their content was removed in error.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on our website infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification of claimed infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must be in writing and include substantially the following:

  2. Identification of the infringing material: A description of the material that you claim is infringing and its location on the Lebanese Spicy Potatoes Batata Harra website, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate the material (e.g., specific URL(s)).
  3. Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement of accuracy and authority: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive copyright that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material.
